BROOKLYN GAL BUYS HOUSE IN TEXAS

Hello, I am a Brooklyn born New Yorker, and I needed to buy a house in Texas. And being the skeptical New Yorker that I am, I thought for sure, it was going to be a very difficult process. I had to buy a house, from New York City, without Seeing it in person. Not an easy undertaking I presumed.

Well, I was wrong. I had the amazing luck of being referred to Michelle Montemayor. I really scored a grand slam home run having her represent me.I couldn’t have been more comfortable, confident, and knew from the beginning of this out of state process, I was in extremely capable hands.

Michelle listened to exactly what my needs were. She showed me listings of perfect homes. And of course one stood out. I hoped that this was going to be my house. Michelle went to the house and did a walk thru with me while I was sitting in my house in New York City. It was just perfect. It checked every single box of what I wanted. Actually it had more boxes, and I was delighted to check them off as well.

I couldn’t have been more confident that Michelle would try her hardest for me. Well needless to say, my bid was accepted, because of Michelle's expertise in negotiating. It was a close race but Michelle worked her magic. I now own my dream home Texas.

I must say that finding Michelle was really a blessing. Not once was I ever concerned, anxious or nervous. I knew that Michelle had my back 150%. She made what I thought was going to be a very difficult process, simply easy. I couldn’t have been luckier with anyone else. Michelle’s is a true professional, who works hard for her client, especially one that was out of state.
